– The warranty period for welding and metal fabrication services and products is 12 months from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects only. Misuse or negligence is not covered.
– The warranty does not cover consumable or naturally worn parts, such as:
Cables and connectors.
Cutting and welding tools.
Protective coatings.
Accessories accompanying the products or services.
– The warranty becomes void in the following cases:
Removal or alteration of the serial number or identification label.
Failure to present the original purchase invoice matching the serial number, if applicable.
Damage caused by electrical issues due to failure to meet technical standards.
Storage in unsuitable environments (humidity, temperature, ventilation).
Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized technicians.
Use of the product or service for purposes other than those intended.
Lack of proper periodic maintenance.
– Receiving the warranty certificate by the customer is considered an acknowledgment of receiving the products or services in good condition and acceptance of all the above conditions.
You may request a return or replacement of a product or service within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

– Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card used, with a 5% bank fee deducted from the total refundable amount.
– Cash purchases will be refunded in cash at the company’s headquarters.
