Terms and Conditions – GOLDEN BRIDGE STEEL & WELDING L.L.C.SP

First: Warranty Terms for Services and Products

– The warranty period for welding and metal fabrication services and products is 12 months from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects only. Misuse or negligence is not covered.

– The warranty does not cover consumable or naturally worn parts, such as:

  • Cables and connectors.

  • Cutting and welding tools.

  • Protective coatings.

  • Accessories accompanying the products or services.

– The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

  • Removal or alteration of the serial number or identification label.

  • Failure to present the original purchase invoice matching the serial number, if applicable.

  • Damage caused by electrical issues due to failure to meet technical standards.

  • Storage in unsuitable environments (humidity, temperature, ventilation).

  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized technicians.

  • Use of the product or service for purposes other than those intended.

  • Lack of proper periodic maintenance.

– Receiving the warranty certificate by the customer is considered an acknowledgment of receiving the products or services in good condition and acceptance of all the above conditions.


Second: Return and Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement of a product or service within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

First: Cases of Return or Replacement Acceptance

– A proven manufacturing defect or technical fault confirmed by an authorized inspection.
– Receiving a product or service that does not match the order or agreed specifications.

Second: Conditions for Return or Replacement Acceptance

– The product or service must be in its original, unused condition without any alterations.
– All identification tags and technical labels must remain intact.
– The original purchase invoice must be presented.
– The return or replacement request must be made by the individual listed on the invoice.

Customers are not entitled to return or replace items in the following cases:

  1. Changing their mind after purchase without any defects or errors.

  2. Absence of any technical fault in the product or service.

  3. Finding the same item elsewhere at a lower price.


Third: General Rules for Return and Replacement

– Any discounts, promotions, or free gifts associated with the purchase will be deducted from the refunded amount upon return.
– Promotional gifts and free samples are non-refundable.
– If the product or service was part of a bundle or package, all components must be returned together.
– The return or replacement process is subject to inspection and approval by the Operations Department of GOLDEN BRIDGE STEEL & WELDING, and the company reserves the right to reject any non-compliant requests.
– GOLDEN BRIDGE STEEL & WELDING does not cover any shipping, customs, or administrative fees related to the return or replacement process.
– Some products or services are marked as “Non-Returnable,” and purchasing them constitutes an acceptance of this condition.


Fourth: Refund Methods

– Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card used, with a 5% bank fee deducted from the total refundable amount.
– Cash purchases will be refunded in cash at the company’s headquarters.
– Refunds may take at least 10 business days from the final approval date.


By purchasing from GOLDEN BRIDGE STEEL & WELDING L.L.C.SP, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms, warranty policies, and return/replacement conditions outlined above.
